About the Project
landLAB collaborated with Carrier Johnson Architects, on Forge land company’s, latest high end apartment project in Little Italy, San Diego. The new apartment complex comprised 26 story tower with integrated outdoor amenities on two levels and ground level retail. The pool area on level 3 was carefully sited to take advantage of offsite views to the harbor. Level 6 features outdoor seating/lounge areas, a yoga lawn, as well as live walls and “sky” gardens. The ground level plaza spaces connect to the adjacent Little Italy neighborhood creating an integrated mixed use community.
